Update your existing Lead Auditor training so you're equipped to handle,
Implement and audit to ISO 9001:2015.
Course description:
The course will give you a fundamental understanding of the new High Level Structure - the common framework for all new ISO management standards.
You will get a precise explanation of the standard, its content and the benefits it can bring to your organization. We will go through how you can most effectively implement each requirement to actively support your organization in achieving your goals.
In this course, you will learn how the new structure links quality work more closely to the organization's business processes to support the company's competitiveness. You will get good arguments for integrating quality work into the overall business process, as well as tools for prioritizing the organization's quality work.
The course does not include training in audit techniques, as this is assumed to be known material from previous Lead Auditor training.
The course is based on interactive learning and requires active participation from the students.
You will be continuously assessed and the course ends with an online exam.
