Get your existing Lead Auditor training upgraded to the current occupational health and safety standard ISO 45001:2018, so you are well prepared for the transition and updated on the new common structure of the ISO management standards. 

Course description: 
With the latest version of ISO 45001:2018, there is consistency with other ISO management standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

The work environment becomes more closely linked to the company's top management and business operations, and focuses more on sustainability in a broader perspective. 

ISO 45001:2018 is not a new OHSAS 18001, but a new standard that has a fundamentally different approach and structure to OHSAS 18001.

The potential synergy of an integrated management system with the "big three ISO management standards" (9001, 14001 and 45001) has never been greater. 

With responsibilities in occupational health and safety, you have the opportunity to get to know the new requirements and understand what they mean for you in practice.
In this course you will learn how occupational health and safety can support your company's competitiveness and you will get a precise explanation of the standard, its content and the benefits it can bring to your organisation.
We will walk you through how to most effectively implement each requirement so they can actively support your organisation in achieving your goals.

The course does not include training in audit techniques, as this is assumed to be known material from previous Lead Auditor training.
The course is based on interactive learning and requires active participation from the students. 
You will be continuously assessed and the course ends with an online exam.

Target group:
The course is aimed at anyone who already has a Lead Auditor programme in one of the management standards and wants to upgrade it to ISO 45001:2018. 

Entry requirements:
You must be able to present proof/diploma from the Lead Auditor training programme.

Teacher:
The training is conducted by Kristian Glæsel, who was project manager for the working group that wrote the standard and who has many years of experience with management standards in practice and teaching.

Minimum number of participants:
Basically 4 people - for synergy and knowledge sharing between participants.
